- Health Care: Healthy is happy, and Heritage Christian Services is pleased to offer two medical plans to new employees via Excellus. Coverage options include single, employee and children, employee and spouse/domestic partner, or family, with the option to contribute to Health Savings or Flexible Spending Accounts. There is dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as access to telehealth services and both short and long-term disability.
- Time Off: Heritage Christian Services provides paid time off to both full and select part-time employees. Staff begin accruing time off within the first six months of employment. Our agency also offers 11 paid holidays, including three flexible holidays that are significant to the employee.
- Employee Assistance & Success Coaching: We offer an employee assistance program, which provides health, wellness, financial, and research counseling. Success coaches are available to assist anyone facing barriers to employment, from housing issues to family emergencies.
- 403B and Retirement: Heritage Christian Services provides a 100% fully vested 403B savings plan for all employees. We also offer a discretionary, agency-funded retirement contribution after 12 months and 1,000 hours of employment.
